Pursuing Patent Protection Abroad - Overview of PCT

The two-hour seminar will review the considerations and options for filing foreign patent applications, including an overview of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and the use of the Paris Convention for non-PCT countries. 

This seminar is intended for paralegals, patent attorneys/agents, and anyone who requires a basic understanding of filing patent applications internationally, particularly under the Patent Cooperation Treaty.

One hour of California MCLE credit is offered.
