On June 8, 1999, legislation amending the Fastener Quality Act (15 U.S.C. §5410 et. seq.) was signed into law (P.L. 106-34).
The regulations implementing the Fastener Quality Act are set forth at 15 C.F.R. Part 280. Please note that the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is the controlling source; if there are any differences in text between this website and the CFR, the CFR version prevails.
